Aamir Khan training hard for Dhoom:3

Perfectionist Khan is training hard for Dhoom:3, his first film with Katrina Kaif. Excited about doing a film with the actor and also with Yash Raj Films, Aamir Khan is devoting all his time to the film, although he is also busy with Reema Kagti’s thriller titled Talaash. First Aamir learnt ballet dancing for D:3, and now he is taking keen interest in learning parkour, which can be described as a French technique, art or sport which requires the body to be very agile.

Wikipedia describes parkour as “a method of movement focussed on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency…the main purpose of the discipline is to teach participants how to move through their environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping. Traceurs (parkour practitioners) train to be able to identify and utilise alternate or the more efficient paths. Parkour can be practiced anywhere, but areas dense with obstacles offer many different training opportunities”. We wonder how Aamir is going to pull this off at 46 years of age, but taking it up itself requires guts. And if Akshay Kumar, Shahid Kapoor and many other actors can do it, so can Aamir!
